About Sara Ruffin
Sara Ruffin (RYT-500) is a Tantra Hatha yoga teacher based in Los Angeles with more than ten years of teaching experience. She offers weekly in-person classes and hosts women’s retreats throughout the year.
Sara celebrates the divine feminine in her teachings. She offers yoga with the intention of helping women feel safe, in order experience their own unique luminosity and stillness within.
